Ableton has just released a new feature for their iOS apps, Live Set Export allows users to transfer sounds from their music apps to Ableton Live.

Arriving almost a year after the release of Ableton Link, the Live Set Export feature has the potential to solidify Ableton as a formidable player in the iOS music market.

Though it’s only available in five apps: Blocs Wave, Korg’s iKaossilator and Gadget, Zaplin Music’s Triqtraq and Olympia Noise Co’s. Patterning, developers can get the software development kit and integrate the feature into their music making apps.
