Audio Test Kitchen 2.0 brings major improvements for online mic testing
Audition over 300 microphones with over 200 unboxing videos and instant audio switching
The innovative online virtual microphone showroom, Audio Test Kitchen, has opened ATK2.0 to celebrate 1.4 million microphone auditions from 80,000 of its users. It introduces major performance and content upgrades, allowing recording engineers, artists, producers and content creators to effectively test and compare microphones online.
ATK2.0 features a 20x speed increase, 25 new sources, over 200 new unboxing videos, instant audio switching and real-world example recordings accessible through Spotify integration. 65 manufacturers, research scientists at Harman International and LA recording studios contributed to making this resource a reality. 15 audio engineers, including MusicTech Expert and Grammy-nominated engineer Jesse Ray Ernster and Grammy-winning engineer Tony Maserati, also lent their expertise to make ATK2.0 the best it can possibly be.
