This month the Institute of Contemporary Music (ICMP) celebrated the opening of a new studio and at its heart sits one of the first Audient ASP8024-HE Heritage Edition consoles to leave the Audient factory.
After nearly 20 years in production and hundreds of consoles spread across the globe, Audient claim that the Heritage Edition is the definitive version of the ASP8024, one that returns to designer David Dearden’s roots and reimagines his classic design.
During his welcome speech facilities manager at ICMP, Mike Sinnott said, “I am thrilled that ICMP have a forged a partnership with Audient. I have always been a big fan of their gear and absolutely love their new Heritage ASP8024 console. It not only looks and sounds fantastic but represents great value for money so when deciding which console to choose for our control room it was a no brainer.”
