This pack features 93 loops including lively, reverb-drenched arpeggios, raspy, manipulated textures and some excellent, lo-fi glitch drum loops. Although presented side by side, the samples form 24 construction kits, and there’s an additional folder of full mix audio for reference. Many samples are fairly long with interesting movement and modulation and tails that fade to silence.
Where the manipulation of stereo is used well, the sounds have a super wide, enveloping feel to them, which could complement more central elements. Some sounds are fairly mono and erratic though, as they have been designed to work as a kit, which means they might not work so well when taken out of context. It is an unusual-sounding pack as it doesn’t fall into any genre, but the varied loops could easily be useful for sparking creativity.
