This new pack of vocal samples comes from The Melody Men, who are ironically, a songwriting and production team comprising of three women. The main hooks come with 89 dry files, and 98 effected variations that utilise a mix of saturation, reverb, delay and pitching. There are also 58 short dry and wet one-shots, laid out across 2 accompanying sampler patches so you can easily preview and perform them along to your track. You’ll find a fair bit of variety in terms of the styles, from more clean and soulful pop, to some great rap hooks with plenty of attitude.

Everything is fairly well recorded and the performances are solid for the most part. Although the effected versions offer a different take on the originals, we found some of the processing a little OTT, meaning you’ll most likely end up working with the dry files.
