Influenced by the underground sounds of the Berlin techno scene and brands such as Tresor, Berghain and Drumcode, this new pack from Wave Alchemy contains 570 MB worth of brooding warehouse beats and synths. For total flexibility, the entire 1.5 GB download includes a multitude of formats, including WAV, Acid WAV and Apple Loops. From heavy, industrial drums and foley-laden percussive grooves, to dark chord stabs and rolling sub bass lines, everything here sounds gritty and powerful.

There’s good use of different reverbs and automation to create constant movement and interest and the creative grooves have a unique and characterful sound. Also included, is a decent collection of lo-fi drum, percussion, synth and FX hits, with accompanying sampler patches and 87 synth and bass MIDI files. If you’re looking for high-quality sounds, then this is worth a look.
