Point Blank: Logic Pro 1: Production – Student Feedback Example (DVR)

Point Blank provide us with an insight into their unique, new Student Feedback program…

Every second week of their course, our online students receive a one-to-one personal feedback video from their tutor, who’ll break down their project, go through each element and explain how it could be improved with plenty of mixing tips along the way. We call it Direct Video Response (DVR) and it’s a unique opportunity to go one-on-one with your tutor from anywhere in the world and is unique to Point Blank.

To give you more of an insight into how DVR works and so that you can learn from our expert tutors, we’ve hosted some example on our YouTube channel. This DVR is taken from our Logic Pro 1: Production course and shows tutor John Watson give his feedback on a students’ track. If you take our Logic Pro 1 course, across eight weeks you’ll cover all the essential music production skills needed to create tracks in any genre using Apple’s flagship software. You’ll learn about drum programming, MIDI, sampling, working with audio and mixing concepts.

You can watch the video above and make sure you subscribe to our YouTube channel for more free tutorials, interviews and live events. If you like what you see in this video, you can find out more about our Logic Pro courses here.
