Using Low Latency Mode for better performances in Logic Pro X
Don’t let your slow computer take you out of the zone.
Latency issues can be extremely aggravating. When you’re in a creative flow, the last thing you need is an instrument that responds slowly or a session that crashes when you try to record. Logic Pro X‘s Low Latency Mode is a handy remedy that can be toggled on and off to take some load off your CPU when recording. In this Logic Pro Tips video, MusicTech Expert Jono Buchanan demonstrates what Low Latency Mode temporarily bypasses, and how it can help you play without lag – even in big CPU-heavy projects.
