We recently showed you the different types of compressors in Logic Pro X – but some of you may be wondering what the Multipressor can do. In this week’s Logic Pro Tips video, Jono Buchanan shows you how to apply multi-band compression and explains the effect it has on your instruments.
Multi-band compressors can be a little daunting at first, with their array of parameters, thresholds and frequency bands. Once you get to the crux of them though, you can quickly see how advantageous they are to your mixes. Jono’s demonstration will teach you the Multipressor and all its benefits.
