In Point Blank’s latest tutorial they explore the newly updated Logic Pro X 10.1

Logic Pro X was, visually at least, one of the biggest overhauls of its interface since Apple bought the popular DAW back in 2002. Some users felt it was style over substance and that the key elements of the mixing software hadn’t been addressed.

With the new v10.1 update, it seems Apple are finally catching up with what 21st century producers expect – with some tricks of their own.

In Point Blank’s latest Friday Forum Live, they were joined by Head of School JC Concato to take a look at what’s new in the update. If you’re interested in learning more about Logic Pro and music production, PB’s Logic Pro diploma course covers everything you need to know, from sound design, composition, music business and mastering.

Taught by industry experts, Point Blank’s online courses have been taken by Claude VonStroke, Plastician and Jon Rundell. Click here to find out more about their Logic diploma.
