SampleScience VaporDrums gives you instant elevator beats
The brand continues its journey into the sounds of vaporwave
If there’s one brand that’s been able to keep momentum during COVID-19, it’s surely SampleScience. With seven plug-in releases since the end of March, the brand has explored the lo-fi sounds of the VHS-era, and its resurgence with vaporwave. Continuing steadfastly down this dreamy rabbit hole, SampleScience has released VaporDrums, a vaporwave inspired drum module.
It’s packed with 25 drum kits suited for vaporwave, chillwave and synthwave production, totalling 179 WAV samples and 10 MIDI drum loops to apply across different kits. The plug-in follows the same style as its siblings, featuring the same parameters and funky GUI. This includes a Multi-LFO, low- and high-pass filter, amplitude range controls and a multi-voice mode.

VaporDrums is compatible with Windows and macOS High Sierra and Mojave, with Catalina compatibility via the Maize Sample Player. The plug-in is available in VST, VST3 and AU format.
